How long does an order take to complete?
This all depends on the complexity of the project and the current load of the manufacturing facility when the order is booked. On average an order could take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks from the moment the project is finalised by the production managers for production to start.

You may send an example design from the internet, however, this will require you filly fill out the brief so you must concatenate it with the desired materials and size which could take the same amount as project creation.

What do I need to prepare before ordering?
If you are already a customer, you will be required to upload a project file of the design that you desire. A design project will help us estimate all of the logistical perks of producing your product, giving you a realistic cost to making it. If your project requires sourcing additional materials from a third party, these must be specified with their SKU number and described in the project comments.

Of course, you can, each order is saved in your order panel. Each element has a reorder button which will reinitiate the production of that element. Keep in mind that shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the element and the quantity.
